Kora

Solutions for teams

Every team, one workspace

Support, IT, finance and product all raise and track requests in Kora. Nobody is counted as a seat, so the whole company can be in.

Quick answer
Kora lets your whole company work in one workspace. Support, IT, finance, product and any other team raise requests and track them to done, each in its own categories. Members are unlimited and free, six roles control access, and you pay only $0.10 for each ticket created.

Everyone is in, nobody is a seat

Most helpdesks bill per agent, so companies keep other departments out to save licences. Kora has no seats, so everyone who raises or handles a request can have an account.

Each team works its own queue

Categories keep finance questions out of the IT list, and the other way round. Claim-based work lets agents pick up from a shared queue, and assignment-based work lets a lead decide.

  • Your own category list per team

One view for everyone who leads

Owners and managers see requests across the company in one dashboard, and can ask the AI Analyst a question in plain English instead of merging spreadsheets from four tools.

How it works

  1. 1Create one workspace

Name it after the company, pick categories and claim your free credits.

  2. 2Invite every team

Add as many people as you like. There is no seat count.

  3. 3Give each person a role

Six roles set what each person can do.

  4. 4Let each team run its queue

Teams work their own categories while leaders see the whole picture.

What Kora does not do yet

  • Email-to-ticket: planned
  • Native Slack integration: planned

  • Kora does not replace HR, accounting or asset systems. It tracks requests and issues.

Common questions

Can the whole company use one workspace?

Yes. Members are unlimited and free, and categories plus six roles keep each team's work separate.

How does cost scale with many users?

It does not scale with users. You pay $0.10 for each ticket created, whatever the number of people.

Do employees need accounts?

People who handle or raise tickets sign in with Google or an emailed link, and Operations members raise requests. Your external customers use the customer portal instead.

Can some people only view tickets?

Yes. The Viewer role is read only.

How do teams keep their work apart?

With categories and roles. Each team works its own categories, and leaders see all of them.

Why one tool for every department?

One workspace gives leaders a single view and avoids paying per seat for several separate tools.

Does it replace HR or accounting systems?

No. Kora tracks requests and issues. It does not replace systems of record.
