Roadmap
What's coming
to Kora.
What we are building now, and what is in the pipeline after it. Priorities can change as we learn from customers. Last updated 28 Oct 2026.
In development
Being built now
Our AI features are the focus right now. They share one knowledge base, so we are building them together.
In the pipeline
Coming after, in order
How we ordered it: email intake is a must-have on helpdesk buying checklists and the most preferred way to contact support in a 2025 YouGov UK survey (33% email, 31% phone); a Capterra review analysis of small-business buyers puts ticket management, automation, a knowledge base, a self-service portal and reporting at the core. We then sequence by what unlocks the next feature. The order can change.
1. Email-to-ticket
Forward your support inbox and every email becomes a ticket automatically.
Why here: Email is the first thing buyers check for in helpdesk checklists, and every other channel builds on a single ticket queue.
2. Slack integration
Raise and update tickets without leaving Slack.
Why here: Internal and IT teams take requests in chat; this puts the queue where the requests already are.
3. CSAT surveys
Ask customers how it went after every ticket closes.
Why here: Shows whether support is working. It is a standard item on helpdesk buying lists and stays free in Kora.
4. MCP server for all LLMs
Let ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants create, read and update your Kora tickets.
Why here: Small to build on the existing API and lets AI assistants work with your tickets.
5. Portal custom domain and SSO
Serve the customer portal on your own domain and let customers sign in with single sign-on.
Why here: Matters most for larger customers, so it comes after the features every team needs.
6. Live chat
Chat widget for your website that lands as tickets.
Why here: The largest build, and it works best once email and Slack share the same queue.
