Billing, legal, security and upset customers always go to a person.

Quick answer
The Kora AI agent answers tickets from your customer portal and dashboard, using your exception rules, knowledge base and help articles, with citations. Owners choose Auto, Approval required or Off. A resolution counts when the customer confirms it or after 72 hours of quiet, and costs 3 credits ($0.30). Escalations are free.

Three modes, owner's choice

Auto sends answers Kora is confident about and holds the rest for approval. Approval required holds every answer for a person. Off turns the agent off.

  • Auto: sends confident answers
  • Approval required: a person approves each
  • Off
