How am I billed for storage?

All the bytes you store — ticket attachments, comment attachments, and helpdesk images and uploaded videos — count toward one number. Storage bills once per calendar month at 2 credits per 2 GB block, rounded up: 1 MB of usage bills one block, 2.1 GB bills two. Workspaces with zero stored files never bill. The charge lands automatically during the month's first hour after usage appears; if the wallet is short it retries hourly.

Keeping it small

• Embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom instead of uploading — embeds store nothing.

• Per-file size limits are configurable per workspace (default 100 MB).

• Current usage is always visible in Settings → Billing.
