How do I create a Kora workspace?

Create a workspace from the Sign up button on usekora.app: sign in with Google or an email link, choose a workspace name, and you land in the dashboard ready for your first ticket. No credit card — you start with 1,100 free credits.

Steps

1. Open usekora.app and click Sign up. Use Google sign-in or an email sign-in link (no password to manage).

2. Name your workspace — this becomes the default name of your helpdesk too.

3. Pick a ticket workflow: claim-based (anyone grabs tickets) or assignment-based (tickets are assigned).

4. Choose starter categories (or add your own) and decide whether AI may create new categories as it structures tickets.

What you get immediately

• 1,100 signup credits — claim them from the popups on your first dashboard visit.

• A public API key and webhooks (Settings → API Access).

• A helpdesk at /p/helpcenter/your-workspace-id — claim a custom link any time.
