Most of Kora is free forever. Credits only fund creation: tickets (1), AI Analyst answers (1), published helpdesk articles (1, once), API responses (1 per 400), and file storage (2 per 2 GB/month). If you're reading, collaborating, or configuring — it's on us.

Unlimited members and seats — invite everyone, no per-seat fees.
Comments, reactions, and attachments on tickets.
AI ticket structuring — unlimited.
SLA policies, business hours, and breach alerts.
Automation rules with dry-run and run history.
Managed categories and the AI category toggle.
The entire helpdesk: writing and editing, branding, analytics, search, votes, subscriptions.
Webhooks, embedded sessions, CSV export.
