How to fetch your feedback with the listFeedbacks API

Use the listFeedbacks endpoint to pull feedback into your own dashboards, data warehouse or scripts. Your data belongs to you.

Request

• Endpoint: https://api.iterato.ai/listFeedbacks

• Method: POST

• Headers: Authorization: Bearer <secret_key> and Content-Type: application/json

Parameters

• project_id (required): your project ID

• event_id (optional): only feedback for one event

• tag (optional): only feedback with one tag

What you get back

Each feedback includes event_id, user_info (from setUser), reaction, the AI conversation_summery and created_at in ISO 8601 (UTC).

Errors

• 400: a required field such as project_id is missing

• 401: invalid secret key, or the key doesn't match the project

• 500: server error. Retry, then contact support
