Troubleshooting: the API returns 400 or 401

The listFeedbacks API returns clear status codes. Here's how to fix the two most common ones.

400 Bad Request

A required field is missing. The usual culprit is project_id.

• Send a JSON body, not form data

• Include the Content-Type: application/json header

• Check the key is spelled project_id exactly

401 Unauthorized

Authentication failed.

• Send the header as Authorization: Bearer <secret_key>, with the word Bearer and a space

• Make sure the secret key belongs to the same account as the project_id

• Regenerated your key recently? Update it everywhere you use it

500 Internal Server Error

Retry after a few seconds. If it keeps happening, email founder@iterato.ai with the time of the request and your project ID.
