When does the AI conversation summary appear?

Iterato's AI summarises every feedback conversation, but not instantly. Summaries are generated about 15 minutes after the feedback is submitted.
What you'll see before then
Until the summary is ready, the summary field (in the dashboard and the API) shows a placeholder saying the summary has not yet been generated. That is expected, not an error.
Why the delay
The conversation may still be going on. Waiting a short while lets Iterato summarise the whole exchange rather than half of it.
If it never appears
Wait at least 15 minutes after the last message
Check the conversation actually contains text (a reaction alone has little to summarise)
