How do I claim a custom helpdesk link?

Your helpdesk starts at /p/helpcenter/ plus your workspace ID. In Helpdesk → Settings you can claim a custom link like /p/helpcenter/acme — lowercase letters and numbers only, 3–30 characters, globally unique. You get five claims per workspace, ever; the newest claim becomes the primary (canonical) link, and every previously claimed link keeps working forever via automatic redirects.
Rules of thumb
Claims are permanent — deleting nothing refunds them, by design (anti-squatting).
Switching which claimed link is primary is free and doesn't use a claim.
The workspace-ID link always keeps working too.
